Beta Testers Wanted

We are looking for people to evaluate the following

1. Our new combined phone & broadband services
2. Our updated customer portal (modified to show phone usage as well as broadband usage, IDNet shop and a few other minor tweaks)

Evaluating the phone service will require no down time, your existing phone number will be retained and all existing services should be transferred over seamlessly.

If you are interested please message me and I will send you further details and arrange access for you to the beta testing forum.

To expand on Martins post:

We will shortly be launching some new packages: Voice Call Services and Telephone Line Rental.

The major benefits are that we are able to offer cheaper call rates than BT plus:
cheaper line rental
no call setup charges
per second billing
Monthly contract (unless you choose to take an annual contract)
Enhanced portal to drill-down through your call usage.

You do not have to have IDNet broadband delivered to any lines that you choose to take our Voice services on.
