He's probably our best wit since Oscar Wilde. :)

I think Stephen Fry is brilliantly witty as well.
Anything and everything that I post on here is purely my opinion, it ain't going to change the world, you are under no obligation to agree with me, it is purely my expressed opinion.

It would have been interesting to see him work with someone like Bob Monkhouse.

He can play great serious roles as well though he was excellent in V for Vendetta, thats the sign of a good actor :)

Despite being the Greatest Living Briton™, Stephen Fry is also a complete tech-head and apparently can become as animated discussing Web 2.0 as he does when the subject is PG Wodehouse.  Legend has it that he and Douglas Adams owned the first two Apple Macs in the UK.

Personally, I can think of no better sleb to celebrate GNU than Stephen Fry.  His weekly Dork Talk section in the Guardian is pure geek and a joy to read, even if you don't care about the subject he's discussing.
To stay is death but to flee is life.

I can recommend listening to his podcasts too! We even mentions web 2.0 he his most recent one!
