Im still looking,I checked out,may be too many reviews and some of them were not to good..so thoughts on this one ?

I've never used Buffalo, David, but I've not seen any bad reports on them.

Ouch, I just had my blood tests last week so good luck  and hope all goes well

It's pretty much weekly for me, but finding a vein generally seems to be hard - and average of three attempts per sample.

Wow, that's seriously impressive. I got a 320GB WD external drive not so long ago for quite a bit more than this.
