Done it  :thumb: :thumb: took out the lead and checked it thoughly and the threaded spindle was shorter on one side so screwed that really tight into the  plastic slotted cover and hey presto   Job done  :thumb:

Sort of....apart from the "I think duff connection"we are all up and running again and I have my nice digital picture back................certainly noticed the difference too :D
