New IDNET broadband customer - only getting 224kbps downstream

Can't remember all that's gone before, but if your sync speed stays there, you'll end up with a profile of 4.5Mb and download speeds of just over 4Mb/s.  :laugh:

That profile looks low to me, I get 2500 on a sync of ~3000kbps, noise margin 9db, attenuation 56db. To my mind, you should be getting a profile of 4500.

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    IP profile for your line is - 4000 kbps
    DSL connection rate: 448 kbps(UP-STREAM)  5120 kbps(DOWN-STREAM)
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 3724 kbps
