I don't know where I'm supposed to post this but it can be moved if necessary.

Went there and looking at my Bandwidth Usage and in particular the Monthly Usage graph and it looks a bit odd.  First off the M of Monthly is missing and the graph doesn't really make sense, unless I'm missing the point.  My usage so far this month is 11.91 gigs and yet that graph says 2.51.  Oh I see what it's doing, it's giving me September's stats even though I'm looking at October.  It gives the month at the top of the graph as 2008-09 which is not a month.  A bit of a bug then.

Rik

Which browser, Ann? I've got no M cutoffs, and the graphing is not of the current month, as I read it, but of the completed months so far this year. What does seem wrong on the graph is the scaling, which cuts off at 3GB for me, even in months where I've used more.

I get the same as Ann in Firefox3. Monthly breakdown is for the previous completed month and the heading is 2008-09. The graph title is shifted too far to the left missing the M and half the o

Thanks, Steve, I'm still on FF2. How about the graph scaling for you? My suspicion is that it's based on the average rather than the maximum.

I can only see the last month i.e September perhaps due to the change in my username that occurred in August (same details for old username) note scale to 20. The upload is confusing the total for September was 2.67 Gb

I wonder if they've totalled your previous usage into a single month. Very odd, Steve. I've let support know and drawn attention to this thread, so anyone else having problems, could you post here with a screen shot and the browser you're using please?

The Download total is correct 17.56 Gb and the upload is correct for September 2.67Gb, they just added it on top of the download,at first glance I thought it was more than the upload. I see from yours where you exceed 3GB D/L the upload is not showing

Oh well I did miss the point a bit then.  The 2008-09 is supposed to be September 2008 but people in the real world don't write dates like that so it's a bit confusing.  I'd also think that I ought to see the current month as far as it goes rather than just completed months.

I'm in IE6 by the way, or FF3, they both miss the M off.

Fixed a few issues and changed the date format. (unfortunately those of us happy not being in the real world can't understand it!)

Rik

Thanks, Martin. The only problem I could see, the scaling, is most definitely fixed.  :thumb:

Shame about the Tigers.  :'(

If you want the current month's graph, btw, Ann, it's on the daily usage tab.
