Just a quick BT speed test :

Test1 comprises of Best Effort Test:  -provides background information.
    Your DSL connection rate: 6944 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  832 kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP profile for your line is - 4000 kbps
Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 3544 kbps

If you wish to discuss these results please contact your ISP.

Plus i'm still on interleaved, which i dont want...... i want fast mode.

Rik

I don't think you'll get it unless your line stabilises, 3D, and the profile compared to the sync speed says it's still flapping.

Yes i agree rick, just got off the phone with james, he has now escalated this to BT for an engineer visit.
I just hope they come out at 4pm as i asked james to book it for then.
If they come before then they are not going to see the issue in it's true glory, and they will say there is no problem and walk away.
