Did we have a little downtime a few minutes ago, I couldn't seem to log on for a while?
EX Orange and proud of it.

Yes, Bob, Sansom (our server) had a little sulk. Martin has spoken to him in firm tones and all is well again. Downtime was < 3 minutes.
