The later kernels of Lunix can see 64Gb using PAE on a 32bit machine. XP and Vista stuck at 4Gb if PAE can be got to work. Hence the use of 64bit XP and Vista but little software. I wonder does 32bit software running in a 64bit OS have the same memory constraints :yuk:
