Performance awful this afternoon

I know all about the new capacity on order and rebalancing, but after having very slow browsing this afternoon, I have done a BT speedtest on my 5Mb   profile line, which showed 3Mb, and a speetester.net test that recorded my lowest ever download speed:



My exchange shows green.  Looks like the rebalancing needs tweaking a bit.

Kids will all be out of school though very soon.

it's just limped up to 1683, so only another 3Mb to go and it will be normal.




I suppose moving to Dorset might be a bit of an extreme solution.
