Just a thought but why do men block their age and location on their profile, I can understand why women block their age (it's a custom) but it would be nice to know how old everone is and what part of the country they live. Sometimes they even block their gender and that I can not understand. 

It's a public forum and I suppose some people don't want to be too 'visible' Den, for whatever reason.

A lot of people here won't have their photograph as their avatar, something that's very common elsewhere because people like to see who they are talking to. I suppose it's the same sort of reasoning.

Indeed. I'm very relaxed about such things, but I accept that not everyone's the same. At least we don't display the ghastly gender icons that SMF can use.
