I have read so many things about this, and eventually ended up on the Firefox page,so many people cannt get this off it is non responsive and on one page states it is spyware.

Cant believe Im stuck with this.will carry on with it though there has to be a remedy..........if need be I will dump FF and reinstall, saving my bookmarks first.would a scan show this up ?

David, if you want a password manager that works with Firefox and IE have a look at Roboform, I've been using it for nearly 3 years now it's very good, more info and download here

Thanks Ray,be careful with this flash stick..its proving a pain,it the stuff which comes with it rather than the flash stick.Your link might do the trick, the banner itself is harmless Im sure if that its just annoying to see it attatched to the browser  :thumb: :thnks: again

Thanks, David, I've just removed it from both my U3 disks so I can't run it by mistake.  :)

:thumb: Hope this might save someone else the hassle...and for once it was nothing I had done,so many got caught with the stuff they put on this flash I will just use it as a normal flash stick and the other one I ordered will be returned  ;)

Don't you just hate it when software does that to you. :(

Lesson learned Rik.....and the bonus I managed to get it off... :thumb:

As a storage device its brilliant,so fast,it recorded an album last night in approx 30 secs.

Just dont get sucked into the gimmicky free stuff which helps to sell it

I've had several drives (hard and flash) which have come with a variety of software packages and, tbh, I've never found any of them worth having. Perhaps if you don't already have backup routines or whatever they might be worthwhile, but if you're already an established PC user, they are more likely to be a waste of space.
