Connection problems?

We lost connection again from 10:35am to 10:45am this Wednesday morning, and are back to the slow ping rates.

My connection is also acting up.  Pages are taking ages to load.

Try re-booting your router, Lona. If that doesn't help, give support a ring.

Reading 30ms again here, and I didn't even reset anything.

That'll teach you for upgrading the LNS to Vista... ;)

I agree it's a little bit surprising there isn't a backup connection, unless it was some sort of internal routing issue and I don't quite follow. Even we have a backup using GPRS (it's real slow, but it works).
