i am getting notifications of posts i did,nt ask for !!!

i,m getting notifications of posts i did not ask for, in my outlook express

this started about 3 weeks ago, but its getting more often now.

can someone tell me whats the procedure to stop these ?

at a guess I would say   click on 'Profile' near the top of this page; then click on 'Notifications and Email' in the menu on the left hand side.

When you say you didn't ask for them, have you ever posted in the threads in question?
