smtp.idnet.com - down/problems?

I've started getting the password box in Thunderbird when attempting to send mail via smtp.idnet.com. A client has also phoned me with the same issue...

Trouble at idnet towers?

Not working here as well.

Also RSS is down as well on the status updates etc.

Also can not log into customer account on idnet.net.

There's a problem with a database server which is causing authentication problems, so email, access to the website and logons are affected. It's hoped it will be resolved shortly.

Latest I have is that they hope to have things back to normal in the next half hour or so.
