You have to press the power button at the top and home key on the front at the same time, then open the device with windows explorer and navigate to the folder "iPhone\Internal Storage\DCIM\100APPLE" folder location might be different on other models thou

Rik

Thanks, Paul, just curious. Presumably it will only ever store a single image?

I been experimenting with several iPhone/iPad apps recently. The first one of note is Instapaper more details @ http://www.instapaper.com/ and app details @ http://www.instapaper.com/iphone You install the read later bookmarklet in your browser preferably in the bookmarks tool bar and when you come across a webpage that you want to view at another time just click 'read later'.

The app and basic service is free, you can pay a small fee for extra functionality and storage space if you wish. This saved data is then viewable by loading up the app on the iPad or iPhone or if you've not got either just log into your account on the website. I 'Read Later' about 5 sports web pages this am and looked at them later this afternoon when I had time. These saved articles are also still available to view offline on the iPhone/iPad and iPod Touch

I think there a similar one for other platforms.  As far as I can see, it's nothing more that a glorified bookmark, but I haven't actually tried it.
