Not one of the experts either I wonder does it sound as if no sync is being made? Is the broadband indicator light green. If not I suggest a hardware reset . Power on 3 mins hold reset button 30 sec .

Followed the instructions absolutely to the letter with everything being as stated (including lights) until the 'script' could not be followed any longer due to reason stated ln my last post. This would imply that BT have added another 'hurdle' to get over. I am sure this will be sorted pretty quick by someone coming up with a suitable swerve around it :thumb:
