Hi All, thinking of buying NOD32. Now when I go to their purchase page there is a box for an "Offer Code" to reduce the price. Been doing a net seach and all the codes I can find expired on 31-12-08. Does any kind person here happen to know a current code ?  :dunno:

Cheers

I'm not aware of one, Tony, haven't purchased a new licence myself in the past week.

OK thanks for that Rik  :thumb:

I'll do a little more searching then most likely pay the full price. I do know there is a code thats active until 31-03-09 but actually finding it is is proving very difficult

:nana: ;D

What I should have done is to phone Eset and get them to tie the licence in to my existing ones, that would probably have been worth a discount.

Just a reminder that they used to do a 50% student discount, and I imagine still do.

I has bought it at full price  :bawl: and downloading the both versions ( 32bit and 64bit ) at the moment. Very slow download though  :dunno: server must be busy. Just in case your wondering why both, I run XP and Vista 32bit and XP 64bit on the same machine. XP 64bit is the one I use most  :basil:

You'd think they'd discount in your situation, Tony. Be aware that some people are experiencing problems with NOD hogging the CPU when checking downloading files, it's fine for the bulk of the download, then goes ape at the end for a while.

Hopefully that wont be a problem as when downloading anything large or from "unknown" sites I use a quarantined OS partition with all AV switched off for speed then when it's done I reboot into a normal OS and check what I've got  ;D
