I got three MACs out of Tiscali/Pipex, none of which were valid. One was sent as a result of going to OFCOM. After 6 months of pulling my hair out I had a second phone line installed.

Be* to be fair did send me a MAC via email within a few hours of the request.

Entanet were good to leave because you could get a Mac via the control panel. :)
