Simply... it is possible?

I've seen many articles on the 2700 (generic) and the 2700HGV. Perhaps i did not look hard enough for the 2700HG-B
I'm new here so bear with me. I've only flashed a dsl modem once.

Having said that, i've flashed mobo bios and graphics card bios more times than i can count so the idea of flashing isn't new to me.

I'm just not sure if I need a guide for my specific version of modem. I remember flashing bios in the days of socket A and if you didn't have the right bios for the right motherboard right down to the smallest detail... well you were looking at a new paper weight. And that's what I want to avoid.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Simon

Hi, Wavebossa, and  :welc: :karma:

I'm not familiar with the 2700HG-B, but I'm sure someone will be able to help fairly soon.  :)

Thanks, i appreciate it.

It's not a matter of life and death or anything like that to me. So if no one can help, oh well.

I'm just trying to squeeze some bandwidth out of it because our house is going to be packed this summer and I would prefer not to have slow internet speeds
