IDNet Account Login

This I think is a different issue to one reported by Lona.

The login will not accept my password.

My login name is correct as I've used it to retrieve the password. Caps Lock is off and in any case I've c&p'd from the retrieved password mail.

Help!

The problem was my user name had been changed when the recent hardware upgrade took place.
