Yes it's hilarious (now that I've left).
I got two copies of that email because of my free dialup account (a bit faster than their broadband).
I do feel sorry for some of the CS people who have to post on the forums. Those who are basically honest and decent are having a really hard time putting a positive spin on it (like they've been told to I assume).
