I'm trying to login to my account but the hourglass just goes on and on.

Is there a problem?

The 'network status' in the help section is not responding either.

Simon

There must be a problem with... something.  :)  I've sent an email to support, and put a call in, but I don't think this can't really be classed as an emergency, so unless it's a quick fix, we may not see a resolution till the morning.

It's getting near to the end of the month and I really wanted to know if I am over 30gig or under.

I wish Idnet had a free overnight usage like other isps. :(

Do you not get an email letting you know your approaching you allowance? sure I read that somewhere although may have made that up...

Simon

Yes, you should have received an email notification if you're nearing your allowance, Lona.  It may just be a blip with the server, so it might be worth trying later, especially now I've alerted IDNet to the problem.

I guess the answer to that is that uploading is free, so you get the full 30Gb download allowance, which you wouldn't get with other ISPs.  Swings and roundabouts.  :)

Hi there, I've given the login server a nudge and it seems to be happy again. We'll investigate the cause in the morning.

Cheers

Simon

Just another thought, Lona, I believe you can use an RSS feed to monitor your bandwidth allowance, but don't ask me how, as I don't use it myself.
