Firefox 3.1 beta 3 page loading issues

Anyone else on the beta experiencing pages loading wrong or almost as if its slower?

Images may take longer to appear and pages take a second to correct borders or similar

I was using the beta for a little bit but went back to 3.0.x, so I can't help.

just tested 3.08 and 3.1Beta 3 side by side on different PCs here....      Idnetters, El Reg and BBC.co.uk all complete faster in 3.1 than in 3.08. 

Both have the same restored addons and preferences installed from FEBE this morning.
