Works pretty well here in deepest Aberdeenshire. Inverness it works really well, for £15.00 one off payment (lasts 30 days) you get 3Gb download allowance. Have been using it for 18 months now on and off but paid, wait for it, £91.00 for the dongle

This is a deal and a half and I have just ordered one on top of my £91.00 version!

The latest one does not have the 5" lead of the older version is just like a USB thumb/flash drive. Go for it you can't go wrong

3 is not rubbish. It is overall a pretty good deal, especially with this free dongle offer. Don't miss this deal it is excellent, see my earlier post on the subject.

I note they are offering the dongle on their main site at £29.99, or £59.99 with £15 of credit pre-installed. The maths just don't work for me.

Yes, Vodafone do a similar offering for £15.00 that runs for 6 months for 1 Gb of download but you will pay around £40.00 for the dongle. This deal is superb and should not be missed.

No, I did, because, in my area, I've heard several complaints about signal weakness. I guess it was a little unfair to generalise, as they could be fine in other areas.

I think that is a safe assumption to make, Drummer, and I would imagine that you see it applied prior to giving card details anyway (I've not gone through the process myself).

If you haven't already done the deed, there is a box that you click on in the 'payment' page alongside the box asking for your voucher code. Having entered your code, simply click on the box alongside. By the way, used the 3 dongle considerably on a recent visit to Windsor and was achieving around 3.2Gb download speed. May have been extremely lucky with that particular location but in general have found the device works well.
