I assume these are the industry awards for the worst ISP service provision this year?

I'm not quite sure how it all works but these awards have about as much credibility as a photocopied passport.

They even said Pipex  :lol:

I do wonder how these awards are issed. When Eclipse and Virgin Media are winning things, it just doesn't seem right...

It definitely looks that way. There are, without a doubt, better providers out there than those with awards.

Since they blatantly missed of the W why is Tiscali not listed for any as both there Broadband and Customer support are as good as a blocked toilet.
