I'm not sure if I am posting this in the correct forum but I remember the topic was discussed here when Acronis had their offer of a free download of TI V10.

This looks like a similar alternative and is available free for personal use:-

I haven't tried it myself yet but it looks promising.

Tell you what though. The screenshots on the home page for this product look very like the TI interface.

This company seems to be in Manchester. I think Acronis is from Alwil Software in the Czech Republic?

That's not to say that the software isn't written somewhere else in Europe though.
