I am due to be connected to idnet 'sometime' on Monday on gw6 which I am reading on this forum is causing problems, if my speeds go haywire will it be blamed on gw6 or line retraining ? I was hoping that my line would just have the 'tag' changed as it is running very well and don't really want a period of instability due to unknown cause.
my stats today not in 'peak-time' when throughput plummets at times.

If you get a problem, Mist, support will move you to another central, you'll just need to be at your computer when you call them. Although a number of us have had issues, the majority haven't, and my guess is that one segment on GW6 is playing up, but BT haven't yet identified the issue.

Thank you. I will wait and see what happens, hoping the transfer is totally seamless :) Would hate to lose that 4 meg profile :)

You may do, Mist, there's always a risk when it comes to profiles, but then you may gain speed.  :fingers:
