Last night there was a major power outage in the Wrexham area (Postcode LL12) and for a period we either had no electric or only 169volts. as a result my broadband sync dropped from 7616 to around 7000 and so far I have hed two attempts to left but have failed. Will try again later  :'(

Could you post your stats? It's possible that the target SNRM has been increased in response to what the exchange saw as instability.

Den

It's getting better so I will most likely not try again yet.

Would it make sense to have interleaving taken off?

He noise margin is fine, so the exchange hasn't raised it. Did you always get 7,616k before without fail? That's full sync on an interleaved line. I suppose there could be some router damage, perhaps the filter, or maybe something external. It's very dfficult to say.

Either way, your sync is pretty good for a 42dB line, but its probably too noisy because of it's length to have interleaving turned off.
