IDnet Web Space Problem

Hi,

I was in my control panel trying to set up my own web space and i appear to have messed up the settings
what i was trying to set up was
http://www.ronin.idnet.com/

what i set up was
http://ronin.www.idnet.com/

which gives me a 403 forbidden error.
Any idea how to fix this from control panel ?
i don't really want to bother support unless i have to.

Ronin, http://ronin.www.idnet.com is the correct format for your Idnet webspace, have you uploaded an index.html file to your webspace yet? this needs to be there so that you can access your webspace from the web.

i had thrown some test files up mate . I had just assumed i had messed up the format somehow as it looks a little strange.
