PPP loss

Down for 20 mins this am,Unable to get through to support either ,well gave up after 6 mins of waiting at no 3 in the queue. >:(

09.12 according to router log. I just wondered whether it was widespread as unable to get through to support as promptly as usual.

Mine was fine too. I wonder if it was BT doing something at the exchange?

Well it is the second one in 24 hours,I didn't mention last nights on here though. Perhaps I need to put the router in the fridge. I will check with support later.

So you haven't been losing sync, just the PPP?

Well the netgear claims to be synced with no connection to idnet,so yes a loss of ppp.Support suggested I give them a call if happens again as the line test is in real time.
