Just spoke to Simon.
It is showing up that I have had 28 logins so far today. :eek4:
They are going to run a few line tests and get back to me. :fingers:

The pings could be symptomatic of iPlayer traffic due to the tennis, but as has been said, sorting your line out is the first priority.

It means that the line test has turned up some errors on the part of the line which sends data from your computer to the outside world. Hopefully BT will find something to fix!
