IE6 crashing

For some reason clicking on the link in recent posts to will "I ever connect again at 8mb" is crashing IE6 at work

I'm not sure, Steve. I used IE6 at work (until a couple of weeks ago) and no problems. Nothing's changed on the forum for ages that could have caused that. Have you tried clearing the temporary internet files?

I thought it was odd as it was just that particular link, I have cleared the temporary folder and all is now well

Shame its not permanent , I have got FF secreted on one machine

I have being trying to install it for awhile but kept being denied . However I managed to find an old version which installed ok and them managed to update it . I pinched the proxy settings from IE6 and it connects ok. I feel gardening leave coming on.

Don't turn on the pc in the first place and you will never have an issue with any hardware/software
