I had this email this morning.
Over the time period 1/2/2007 to 21/2/2007 (20 days) you have downloaded 10.74 GB of data. Your monthly allowance is 15GB Peak, 60GB Off-Peak.

Based on your current level of usage, your projected bandwidth use (data download) for a 30 day time period will be: 15.04 GB.

If your current bandwidth usage continues then this would equate to an excess bandwidth charge of: 0 [1/GB] for this month.

But my package is
Your package: R SUPERMAX
Your connection: Up to 8 Mbps - BT IPStream Max Premium
During the time period 01 February 2007 to 22 February 2007 your bandwidth use was:
11.03 GB Download - (Peak: 10.74 GB | Off-Peak: 0.29 GB)
0.78 GB Upload - (Peak: 0.74 GB | Off-Peak: 0.04 GB)
I thought that it was allmost unlimited use ?

Nerval

almost unlimited?  where did you see that then?

It's 60GB of which 15GB can be used in peak time, that's why they say Your monthly allowance is 15GB Peak, 60GB Off-Peak.  (which is not technically correct as you could read it as 75GB)

But all they're doing is letting you know that at the current usage you may go over your 15GB peak time allowance.  So it doesn't come as a surprise.

Yes that would be if I was on the Home super max package which I am not I should be on the Max Premium Protected package at least thats what I pay for.

Maybe it is best if you call CS who will be able to advise. I'm sure you know their number off by heart by now!
