    Your DSL connection rate: 5411 kbps(DOWN-STREAM),  976 kbps(UP-STREAM)
    IP profile for your line is - 4500 kbps
    Actual IP throughput achieved during the test was - 347 kbps


Oh it got faster  :mad:

It's clearly a BT issue and beyond any ISP's control, David. I'm just hoping that this re-dimensioning that's due to be done by Monday evening will actually help you, and others like you.
