PPP outage?

Has anyone around the Oldham/Manchester area just had a 5 minute PPP outage (sync remained stable - well - until I rebooted my router lol). If so, does anyone know why?

My connection slowed right down, until I rebooted my router, and it's fine again now, but I'm in the Mid Sussex area.  :dunno:

Well, no sooner had I made that post than my connection went completely. I lost sync and couldn't re-establish. After 3 tries, I powered down the router and went to bed to avoid errors flagging up, assuming that BT were screwing working.

Got up this morning, got sync and connection back, and I've still managed to lose 1 Mb of sync :(
Have I lost my way?
