More people have Broadband

This BBC report says that more people then ever have Broadband (I think most of them are on my exchange ).

I saw this on the news earlier....

Unsurprisingly, with more people having broadband, more people are complaining at the level of service they are receiving. On the news there were a few short clips of people with issues with their CS. One was with TalkTalk and one with Sky. They wonder why they have problems....!!!!!!!!

I long for the revolution when companies realise how much of a selling point it is to be able to claim UK call centres and phone answering targets.

Maybe I am too optimistic, but I sense that more people are getting aware of these CS issues.  Sadly (or maybe through necessity) loads will always go by lowest price.
