Finally, a new release of the RTS genre!

Got it yesterday, took ages to install, as 10GB Does! - once installed, i ran it, and felt my jaw drop! I havent played a game as good as this since "the good old days" (such as Age of Empires!), and, the only problem with it is that it seems to be designed for "next gen pcs" - by that i mean dual core is really needed.

has anyone else had the pleasure of trying this game? if so, what did you think of it!?

Played the Beta online no probs

whilst with the newly purchased game everything bar 1 , the multilplayer client GPGNET, ie the .exe does
not get installed when i click on the multiplayer icon I get this cannot find GPGnet.multiplayer.client.exe

It installed fine with me :/ you just have to make sure you ask for it to be installed when you start the installation.

o, i think theres a patch coming very soon for it, so that should hopefully fix GPG (even those of us who have it installed...its still a bit iffy!)

Tried the demo...hated it so bad

You have to zoom all the way in to get any detail, then you cant do anything...

Command and Conquer Tiberian Wars out soon

Loved every single C & C game!

I argue Company of heroes is the best RTS out atm

Theres a DX10 patch out soon

Hah your not alone there, CoH is awesome. As good as the game is I hope they release a modern combat one where they have more freedom to work & be creative.

Last night played Command and Conquer 3 it has skirmish mode 1st level to play etc very good game game

gonner be buying that and multiplayer it when it comes out March

The whole point is to zoom in and out. Thats what make it different, and the best RTS ive played to date!
