Unreal tournament 3 free

UT3 is free this weekend through Steam. I'm downloading it now, which probably means I'm going to go over my bandwidth limit as it's 8gb

I'm not sure what the deal is with the game. Is it free for the weekend but then locks on Monday, or is it completely free if you install it this weekend? I'll be very peed off if on monday I've effectively lost 8gb bandwidth.

I played the original Unreal Tournament for 5 years.  Sadly UT2003, UT2004 and UT3 don't come close to it.

Save yourself the 8GB imho.

I had a quick run around on it yesterday, and on full settings it's actually quite nice. I'm not really into that sort of game anymore, but it'd be fun against friends. It's only a fiver so I might buy it on payday.

Oh yeah and UT2004 was very bad, I agree! The original was fun, especially with intagib. That was a right laugh at lan events

That being said I've got lots more music to buy on payday so I dunno
