Tried everything whilst testing Chrome (slick so far) to increase the text size on web sites visited. Done the usual via Control Panel, everything increases bar the text within a web site.

You can select from 'control the current page' an option to increase the text size on a temporary basis but reverts back to small print after change of page etc.

Chrome is working satisfactorily so far but the text size is (for me) a pain in the proverbial.

Any ideas how I can increase the text size on a permanent basis?

Sorry, Q, I didn't keep Chrome on the machine for long enough to play around with settings. :(

Go to 'Options'
Click on 'Under the Hood'
Scroll down to 'Web Content'
Click on the 'Change font and language settings'

.... and change it to whatever you want.  :)

Thanks, but done all that but still the text remains minute. It is a real puzzle and is a shame as Chrome really is crisp.

Thanks anyway :thumb:

Hmm.... it works for me. I changed the serif setting to 28pt and after shuting down Chrome (and also my machine for good measure) it remembered the new setting.

You were right! It does work! I was not rebooting after making the changes. Re booted and all is fine :thumb: Many thanks, have a karma on me ;)
