Anyone else been billed twice this month?

My bank shows the following.

24 Sep 2009   D/D   IDNET    -    24.46
29 Sep 2009   D/D   IDNET    -    24.46

No problem with mine, Paul, they haven't missed taking a payment on a previous month or are taking it late, have they? if not I would contact them to see what's happened.

As Ray says, Paul, you need to talk to them. My payments have gone out normally.

For some reason my payments never went out because of a problem with my mums credit card. I've checked with her and there isn't anything wrong with the credit card, and it's not a new card or a replacement. In fact I realised that it'd been used only a couple of days ago when we went to Sainsburys.

I'm wondering if there's an issue with the system now.

I had this once with Zen, turned out they missed a DD nine months back and the system was just catching up, online banking statements are great in this situation (assuming it's not just an error).

29th one has turnt pink (not fully done yet) so i wonder if its a co*kup with the bank, will leave it 24hrs and see if it turns blue (100% done)

i check my accounts every week and then give it a once over every month, i've not noticed a missed payment yet.

will give idnet a phone tomorrow, i'm sure they've got more important things to fix at the mo.

You need to talk to support, Niall.

I honestly can't be bothered. I'll just leave things as they are, although it irritates me.

Thanks to Rik, all is sorted now  ;D

Just took another look at my bank, there was a £24.46 in August.. but from another D/D, doh, should of looked who took it first but thought it was IDnet since they're only the ones that normally take that amount :P

It was from my regrade issues..
