any problems with idnet atm ?

past few days i have been getting disconnected a lot and pings been very high over past couple of weeks
i have tryed Rebooting router ect still the same

There's BT work going on all over the place at the moment, but no IDNet outages that we know of.  Give them a call, is my best advice.

Do a BT Speedtest and also note down the line stats as shown by your router, as Idnet will most likely ask for these. Support should be able to look into the disconnects from their end and see what's causing them. High pings could be due to congestion if you're an ADSL Max customer, but that would only occur periodically.

The type of disconnect is important as well. If it's sync then it's a local problem, ppp then most likey BT or possibly Idnet (nothing has been reported though).
