Is that the correct code, as Goggle and Microsoft find nothing, even replacing the O with a 0

You could give this Microsoft Fix It Tool a try How do I reset Windows Update Components

Expand the fix it for me tab, click the "Fix It" button and use default mode first.

"Have trouble installing updates from Windows Update? Check out the Windows Update Reset Tool written by the Fix-It Team at Microsoft. This tool resolves most of the Windows Update and Automatic Update issues by resetting the Windows Update configuration"

Here is the blog that was taken from explaining the tool a little bit further http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/windows-update-fix-reset-utility/

Take note of the link at the bottom of the blog it links to a guide by MVP Bill Castner for this tool.
