Puzzling. Talk to support, Zap, they can see the traffic levels from your router.

I would download a tool called Prevs, you cn use it free and it will tell you if you have infections, it has an amazing detction rating over most antivirus www.prevx.com and as Rik says check your Wireless for security.

Not really David, it has an issue with Defence wall if you use that and key scrambler but otherwise it works great with all other AV's even Kaspersky, I don't actually use it any more as I have the mac now, it has the occasional FP but they correct them within half an hour if you email them, with safe online included as well its a great package, <comment removed - possibly not legal to transfer key to a third party>
