Heres the list of what it corrects Steve

Included in the update are a number of patches, including a buffer overflow for the CoreAudio system that could let a maliciously crafted MP4 audio file execute arbitrary code, a hole in the CUPS printing system where a remote attacker could cause the system to terminate, flaws in the ImageIO and Image RAW software that could let maliciously crafted image files execute arbitrary code, and a patch for the OpenSSL network encryption system that could allow a third-party to capture encrypted data.

Security Update 2010-001 also contains the most recent version of Adobe's Flash Player plug-in, 10.0.42, which fixes numerous vulnerabilities, among them one that could lead to arbitrary code execution as a result of viewing a maliciously crafted Website.

I would imagine 10.6.3 is a fair ways off yet judging by the release of this update.

Safari 4.0.5 has been released
The update addresses a number of issues related to the browser, WebKit, ColorSync, ImageIO and more. Apple noted the following changes for the browser in Safari 4.0.5:

Performance improvements for Top Sites
Stability improvements for 3rd-party plug-ins
Stability improvements for websites with online forms and Scalable Vector Graphics
Fixes an issue that prevented Safari from changing settings on some Linksys routers

The browser update offers improved HTML5 video playback, faster JavaScript performance, better performance loading YouTube, and an overall reduced memory footprint. Additionally, the release was also said to include a much improved plugin manager aimed at reducing the number of crashes caused by plugins, including Adobe Flash.

Airport basestaion update 2010-001

Apple has posted released AirPort Base Station Update 2010-001, which brings the Airport Utility to version 5.5.1. The update—which requires Mac OS X 10.5.7 or later—addresses two bugs and includes a security fix.

The security patch addresses an issue that would have allowed an unauthorized user to connect to an otherwise restricted network. Make sure to repair disc permissions after this update it needs it.
