For anyone who has been having problems with this over the last month or so, specifically with RBS and Natwest accounts, it now appears to be working again :)

Me too. You wouldn't believe how difficult they make it to pay a balance off on a credit card if you've only got 50p left! The minimum charge is 50p on your monthly bill if you owe them anything, so I paid 50p then they charged me 50p! In the end I had to pay them more than I owed so they'd stop it! They cancelled my card just before the economy went to the wall, because people that pay their bill on time aren't wanted by them apparently  ???

My plan was to keep a little bit of debt with them and pay it off each month so my credit rating improved :(
