AVG removal

I know its here somewhere..I am upstairs working on myother machine which hasnt seen any usesince March and one of the things I want to do is remove AVG so I can install Avast..If I recall there is a tool for this ?anyone remeber it ? :red:

C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG8\"setup.exe" /UNINSTALL is the tool, it is usually a menu option in START > All Programs > AVG too

AVG have a removal tool that *should* work if the usual removal doesn't - you can download it here in either 32bit or 64 bit flavour:
