Hi and Bye to you all

I ahve migrated away from IDNet today, not because there was anything wrong with their service (in fact it has been excellent) but because I have found a premium srvice with more bandwidth for the same price.

However i did not move my webspace files before moving my ISP so now cannot access the IDNet webspace by FTP to update the files.  Does anyone know how I can do this?  I would like to delete files and put a redirection page in place instead.  I realise I am stupid for not doing this yesterday!

Thanks for the help.

Simon, I think you will need to call support, they maybe able to help you.

Simon support has said he will do it for me, again I can say that IDNet's support is excellent.  I just wished their bandwidth allowance could be more generous without affecting the service - with two teenage daughters wanting to watch catch up TV online I was forced to jump ship!  I just hope the premium service I have signed up for is as good as IDNet - their forum suggests it is but only time will tell.

You know where we are if not. Are you on a WBC exchange?

Rik, unfortunately my exchange shows as WBC status unavailable :-(

Rik

Shame. Any date set? Keep an eye on the forum or the IDNet website in January/February. ;)

I'm expecting news in the wake of the new BT pricing structure.

Ah, I thought it might have been some secret squirrel, hush, hush, type information.

No, A&A have already announced new tariffs, which is odd considering BT haven't yet given details...
