It's not a smartphone, just a mobile phone/camera with gps added for navigation, Nokia 2710 Navigation Edition http://conversations.nokia.com/2009/12/07/nokia-2710-navigation-edition-lands/ The price according to the blog will be around 110 euro

I should have guessed. ;)

I had a look at a Sony eBook reader today - the software has borrowed heavily from iTunes. The screen was good, but not good enough for older eyes, imo.
