Hi, i'm thinking of signing up to idnet (moving from cr*ppy aol) and i was wondering when the billing date is?
i hope its the 1st of every month.

Simon

Hi Tony,

I believe the billing date starts from when you sign up, but if you want it specifically for the 1st, it can be arranged with a quick phone call.

thanks alot mate!
ah.
do you know if they bill you the day you sign up?
and
if i phone them up after i sign up will they change the billing date for me?

Simon

It's been a while since I signed up, but from memory, I believe it's from the migration date.  If you need to be specific, though, it might be best to call them and sign up over the phone.  0800 701 2000.  Tell them what you need, and they will do their best to help.  :)

Welcome aboard, Tony. :welc: :karma: Just to add, you can arrange to pay by direct debit, standing order or a continuous charge authority on a credit or debit card. The monthly charge is paid in advance, any bandwidth charge is paid in arrears. The 'bandwidth' month runs from the 1st, regardless of billing date.
